Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sweetie & Co formula dispensers are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

In the unlikely event that your formula dispenser arrives damaged, you must notify us by email at hello@sweetie-co.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Your notification must include clear photographic or video evidence of the damage. Failure to notify us within this timeframe or to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.

Upon assessment and approval of a valid damage claim, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind or where the product is deemed unsuitable for a particular formula scoop. Detailed product descriptions, design specifications, and usage instructions are provided prior to purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information and ensure suitability before ordering.
